What I Wore Wednesday


Hello Lovelies!

I'm back with another edition of What I Wore Wednesday.

Fall is finally making an appearance around these parts and I couldn't be more excited!

Fall and Winter clothing have always been favorites of mine and I'm so ready to pull out the cozy sweaters and the boots.

I have a couple of outfits to share with you today.

First, one of my very favorite ways to transition between summer and fall...

I love this sleeveless dress from Old Navy and have worn it many times throughout the summer.  Transitioning to fall is very easy for a dress like this one...simply add tights, a cardi and cute ankle boots and you've got a great look that will last all Autumn long.

Motivation Monday

Hello Lovelies,

Today I want to follow up on my 30 day challenge.  

In a nutshell, for those of you who don't want to click through and read the post (although I would totally recommend it)  I shared a bit about my weight loss journey which began just over a year ago.  

My success has leveled off and in an attempt to jump start it again, I decided that I would issue a challenge to myself (and anyone out there who might want to join me) to exercise every day for 30 days.

So how did I do?

I failed.  Miserably.  (Face Palm)

I exercised.  But sporadically.  I wasn't diligent about what I was eating.  In short, I really didn't put in the effort...and I didn't lose any weight.  Big shock, right?
